I havent asked a question like this in quite a while, but how many sets per bodypart are youguys usually doing when on, and then when off? You can split them up and say how many for each different one you do. I have a 4 day split and I think im over doing it and thats what is hurting my results. But I look at some of your guyses log and can imagine how I would grow on how little sets you guys do. anyways show me what your plan is like
