How many sets for arms?

I am just thinkin bout changing up my workout routine but i was curious how many sets u guys do for biceps...i've heard both people blasting them with 20+, and i have also heard of guys only doin 9 sets. let me know what u guys do...

I would never do more then 10 total sets for bi's. They are not a large muscle group, and I don't personally feel that they need to be trained with anymore then 8-10 total sets. My biceps get hit quite a bit on back day as well, which further's my belief in a relatively low volume bicep workout.
 
I used to always to 15-20 sets for biceps and decent results, but it took a while. The past for weeks I have been doing 8-10 sets and have noticed significant strength gain and have gained almost 1/2 inch on my arm. Maybe it was the change in routine since I lifting much smarted since I used do a lot of pointless sets. Just stick to the basics and go heavy. There is no sense in doing isolation exercises if you have nothing to isolate. Build up the size and strenght first. For tri's I tend to 9-11 sets since they are a slighty bigger muscle.
