How many protein shakes per day?

Damn..that's like 65 grams of fat from just the peanut butter.

My MRP for "bulking" is....
2/3 cup milk isolate powder(52g protein)
1 cup broccoli
1 apple
2/3 cup oat bran

Peanut butter doesn't have that great a fatty acid profile when it comes to EFA's and the protein quality is poor. It's a calorie dense food for those who have a hard time getting enough but so are all nuts, walnuts are a good source of linolenic acid; I prefer to get my fats from fish or flax.

Yes it would be ideal to bulk eating 5000 calories of fish, chicken, flax, oatmeal, and yams....but that's impossible for most of us. Gotta do what we gotta do to get the calories in. It's a hell of a lost easier to put on 16 pounds of muscle and 6 pounds of fat, and lose those 6 pounds of fat...then to put on 16 pounds of muscle and no fat.

that's over 1000 cals from the anpb alone. Mix it with simple sugar in the ice cream and milk and that's an express ticket to fatpants land
 
3 scoops TP custom whey/egg/milk protien blend and 4 whole eggs, 75+ g's protien and 20g's fat.

If I still brought into the 'bulking' mentality then I'd add a banana and cottage cheese to it
 
Its half liquid protein and half food protein. If you need 300 grams a day, thats 150 from shakes, so, like 3 shakes.
My morning shake has one-2 scoups of weight gainer, 700ml of milk, one banana and 3/4 cup of oats, thats breaky :) oh and 40ish grams of whey. So thats about 80 grams of protein i drink from 9-10 am.

ok well i said low sugar ice cream.

i put on about 22 pounds of muscle and about 5 pounds of fat in my last cycle so get over yourself, it works
 
Seems like I read somewhere that your body can't process more than 33g of protein at once. Surely that must be wrong. Anyone heard anything along those lines?

Anyways, I hit the shakes about 3x day.
 
I heard that is for the average person, Platinum Ice. Average person also cannot bench their weight, so they don't have much muscle tissue devouring at the protein. I try to eat 45 and under though for my meals incase I do waste, trying to find something to help protein metabolism for the muscles.

I have 3 shakes a day, 4 scoops of my GNC Brand Banana Creme, 40g of protein for 2 scoops but I'm looking fo rbetter deals online right now. I drink it right after work out, wait an hour and have 8ounce of chicken then I'm on the floor working. First break I have my other 2 scoops, lunch 8 ounch chicken or 2 pork chops, 2nd break Muscle Milk Cookies n Creme! Mmmmm BOY is that some good stuff!

God Muscle Milk is tastey. Sounds homo, try working with a bunch of homophobes I do and carrying around something that says Muscle Milk. Apperntly they think it says Love Muscle Milk and keep asking me if Semen taste good.
