Did something bad happen smalls?
Many years ago, I was into this girl who absolutly could not deal with the problems we were having. She had to have everything her way, and "compromise" was not in her vocabulary. Add to that her generall selfishness, and I was not having good time.
Took me a while to figure out that none of it was my fault. It was all hers. I did everything I could have done to communicate with her....but she just couldn't (or wouldn't) put in any effort. It really sucked too, 'cause we were close friends for years...and now we don't haven't spoken in a long time.
Some people are just like that. Can't live with 'em, can't kill 'em.

yes taps... i was talking to someone (guess) who i don't think either knew or cared that he was hurting my feelings...
then he walked away before we could resolve it even though i said let's get this sorted out..
he just didn't want to deal
and that made it 100x worse. it was no big deal to begin with... but his actions spoke way louder

i asked him to stay and talk and he left. i think he knew i was hurt and he didn't want to deal with it... i made it pretty clear.

ok what started off as a general question got specific... so i'll clarify that i'm not in a relationship per se

A good relationship to me is being able to talk out problems to eachother, be able to talk to each other about anything at all. A good relationship is a trusting one. I don't like it when my man doesn't trust me.
