Discussions like this never cease to amaze me as they are begun the majority of the time by MEN. As women we are raised to believe that it is not only acceptable but desirable to have a man that is an experienced lover, but the second a man hears that a women is less than a virgin she is old, used, like thrwing a hot dog down a bowling alley (which is TOTALLY ABSURD).

As long as my partner is emotionally ok with the number of partners he has had and is a discreet lover than I could give a shit how many women he has tagged in his lifetime. I find men in thier mid to late 40's and up most attractive - many have never been married so you tell me what that number might be?! Young girls/boys ie children shouldn't be having sex anyway (in my opinion that is anyonr under the age of 16/18).

Sex is a gift to be shared between two consenting adults - period. Be responsible.

I was faithful to one man for over 13 years. I had only a small number of lovers before him. Now I am fully grown. I go where I want and do what I want with whom I want - no bullshit, no drama. This girl I know that has hopped into the sack with most of the local males (and their brothers) starting f**king/dating her boss last year. I'm just curious as to what differing opinion were as to how much is too much. More specifically, during a discussion yesterday, I noticed for the first time how big a difference geography (where one is from) appears to make in what is "acceptable"

Personally it isn't even a question I generally ask people, nor is it one I would answer.

But certain predispositions towards certain types of behavior (such as she really likes to be with other women) would bother me more than just numbers.
