How many past "lovers" is too many in a potential mate

The problem is girls lie about how many past partners.

Let me lay a little mathematics on you.

Y = a females claimed amount of sexual partners

Pie = 3.16

X = actual number of partners


Y x Pie + 2 = X (round up)

i probably turn down more offers of sex per year, then most guys get it .. in a year.

i'd rather have occassional AWESOME sex -- then just plain vanilla, not really into it, hohum, lousy sex with someone that barely turns you on. And if you get herpes out it -- you are REALLY gonna hate yourself for doing it.

i reckon it has a lot to do with how many partners you have had.

i know a guy who has shagged about 200 women. yes he is ugly, and so were they. BUT thats not the point. for him to get with a girl who has only been with, say, 3 guys is probably a bad idea since their ideas on sex are likely to be leaps and bounds apart. then again you might think that it might take a guy 20 shags to mature emotionally/sexually, and be on the same level as a woman with, say, 5 partners.

at the end of the day when youre talking about mature adults who are over sexual scorecarding, the number doesnt matter.

putting numbers on things like that is silly, imo. so long as she is respectful of herself and of course of me, then it doesnt matter

just like velvett. shes hot, shes level headed, but really shes probably shagged a couple of football teams. i mean, look at her friends. sluts. the apple doesnt fall far from the tree, so shes probably the same way. id still date her though

More than three years ago I wouldn't even consider dating someone who wasn't a virgin. Then I met a guy, whom later became my boyfriend and is now my ex, who had previous sexual partners. According to him, he had only one sexual partner when I met him. So, I told myself one partner isn't that bad,right.? Dating him became acceptable in my mind after that. I still at wanted to remain a virgin until I was married when we started dating. We were together for over three years before I lost my virginity. Then we broke up.

Now, I had one sexual partner. I re-evaluated my thinking on this. How many sexual partners would be acceptable to me in a mate? I knew expecting someone to be a virgin would be too high of an expectation. Also, how could I expect him to be a virgin if I wasn't? Expecting him to honestly have had one partner would be too craz too. How many guys 5+ years older than me only have one sexual partner? So I had to think logically. For a while it seemed logical to me to expect a prospective mate to have had ten or less partners. Then that all changed. I met my current boyfriend who is 18 years older than me and has had over 10, but less than 20 partners. I finally decided that as long as a prospective mate has not had over 50, was notoriously known for having one night stands, contracted a disease(s), and is STD free that the number really shouldn't matter. If a prospective mate had more than 50 I'd really feel disgusted. I know I couldn't date someone who had so many previous partners (50+).
