I live in a house inthe woods..I see strange critters all of the time. I guess they don't bother me...but the wife and daughter get pretty freaked out.
You ought to try driving a truck @ about 60 MPH and notice a snake crawl out from under the dash, across your legs and then hide under the seat somewhere....Now that will make anyone a little jumpy. Especially when you can't find it when you pull over and you still have about 20 miles to go before you get home.

I have a couple of pet tarantulas and they don't bother me at all. But for some reason I can't handle smaller spiders. If there's one on the ceiling above me I have to move. ASAP.

tarantulas are always blamed for the serious bite incidents. it's always a smaller spider that packs the true wallop. the Indian Ornamental is the only tarantula i know of that can send you to the hospital.

The other day at work a spider was coming down from the ceiling and I told my fellow co-workers if they had any balls they would grab it and eat it. They all refused so I took the spider and ate it. Nothing too it! Just a stupid little bug. Also ate a cricket one time on a dare at a graduation pary. I just like the expression on other peoples faces when I do it they want to puke.......Just think about how many nasty mouths silverware has been in when you go out to eat at a resturant. I rather eat a bug.....lmao!
