Agreed toga. My ex girlfriend had been married to a guy with a lot of money and she said the money was nice but other stuff was way more important and that's why she left him. But don't get me wrong. I think women want a man with drive and ambition. No woman wants a lazy bum IMHO.

Nope, women seek security (money) Many years ago when people had to survive they sought strong men that could protect them. But in today's society there is not much need for physical protection for comfort, but more financial comfort. At least that is along the lines of what a psych. professor told me couple years ago.

Defintely not true for me!!! I'm perfectly capable of making my own money. I just want a guy who can fill my physical and emotional needs.

Well yeah the attraction has to be there at first...I think that applies to most people...but like phatchik stated I will not change for any man, so he has to love me for the way I am or leave me...and he has to be funny and get my sarcasm...nothing is worse than a boring guy with no sense of humor...oh and morals, if the guy has no morals or values I'm not interested....

There should be some level of attractiveness, either his wallet or looks. This I know my friends who are girls tell me what they want and its either a huge dick, huger bank acount, or looks.

You know, not all women are that shallow. I don't honestly care if a guy has a big fat wallet (probably full of ones) or a big protrusion in his pants (probably a sock). That's not what matters to me! You know, I am really happy that Night Fly found a guy like I described. She is a total sweetheart and deserves that. I'm not going to hold my breath on myself finding one. Maybe I am just in a bitchy pessimistic mood right now, but oh well. It's how I feel.
