I disagree bro, for me I have kept alot of the muscle from previous cycles. for instance I was out for 16 weeks due to a dislocated ankle and a surgery that left me with 5 screws holding it all together. first week back in the gym I was able to do muster a set of 9 with 315, something I could have never done before my gear usage.
