How many of you count and truly caculate your total amount of calories every day?

I have tried to count calories/fat/carbs but it only lasts for a few days and I get tired of doing it. Although I think it is a good idea, I guess i dont have the organizational skills or patience. There is a program that does it all for you. I cant remember the name of it but it lists tons of foods and even fast foods. All the nutritional values. If I can find it again, i will post it with the crack

me too. i dont worry about counting calories; i eat the same thing everyday and have been for 2 years! to up or lower what ever macro nutrient i need, i just add a shake, take away; add a slice of bread, take away; add flax.....and so on.

yup it does get bland and boring but with this kind of precision you have 100% control of your results.(sort of)

Don't you ever go out for dinner or to cafes? I do this almost daily so I have developed quite a good ability for looking at the composition of my meal and estimating its calorie content. As long as it is approximate that is close enough for me.

When I am bulking I tend to be conservative in my estimation of calorie content. When I am dieting i err on the side of over-estimating.
