How many of you count and truly caculate your total amount of calories every day?

I was just wondering how many of you guys actually count and keep track of all you calories threw out the day.I mean I eat good lots of chickan.tuna,protein and low carbs, But I just don't have the patience to sit there and caculate I wish I did but I just don't.
 
well you should try it out. Only advice to give you. Bulking might be alright doing it that way but either way you should know if you need to up them or cut them.
 
it only takes a few mins. plan your meals a week or so ahead
 
I eat the same thing every day. I did it once and know. Then it is a simple matter to add a few hundred or subtract a few hundred. The last 3 days i was eating 350 more than I thought I was and didn't even realize it. I confused myself by switching up the order of my meals or something. I was wondering why I was fuller than usual. :)
 
I plan my meals but, never count calories.;) ;)
 
When I'm trying to cut up I count my calories. I found the easiest way to count them was by having an erasable board somewhere in my house and just writing down the calories I consumed after every meal. That way I could keep track throughout the day. Lanning meals is also a good way. Thats what I do when I have to work.
 
Im cutting now and i count them, i dont worry about the ratios just get 1g pro per lb of bodyweight, and try and get about 20-25% efa's. I usually dont add them up till the end of the day, i just write down what i eat. Sometimes i fuck up and only have about 60cals to spare fo' my last meal, so i just add in 100calories and then take them away from tommorows total so it will all come out even at the end of the week.
 
I do and for one simple reason. If I don't feel I am going up in weight enough or losing enough I can make slight adjustments to my diet. i like to keep my bodyfat in check while buliking so I find that this helps greatly to aid that. some people can just go by feel, etc and don't need to count but for myself it only takes a few minutes each day and it has really benefited I feel.
