How many of you are top level competitors in BODY BUILDING, or a pro athlete

Don't expect many positive replies bro.....I know that there are plenty of top competitors, especially Body builders on this board, but for the most part they will not speak up.
The only one that has the guts to speak up and help that I am aware of is Quadsweep "The Voice of Reason"

I'm a national level competitor, doing nationals this year and have won several level 4 and 5 shows.i( anyone that competes in the NPC will know what that means) also sponsered by a supplement company. And yes your right Quadsweep is a the voice of reason.

I am 51 years old, probably in great shape compared to guys my age, but no where near competitive status.

5’5” 170# BF goes up and down, have been in need of cleaning up my diet for the past 6 months.

I believe after 50 constant use of growth and test is imperative.
