This is crazy..........Even for b shows, if you are off the sauce for at least 12 months, you are considered natty.....and we are talking aminos and creatine?>??@?@?@?@?@?
If you can shove down that much food without supplementation then GREAT work! I have no understanding of the reasoning behind it though. Would you consider milk a protein shake? Also you say no protein, I just assumed you meant protein shakes. If you looking to build muscle, protein and lots of it will be very necessary. Good luck getting it all in without any supplementation! As for me, Ill be using creatine and NO2 when I have the money. I get alot of my protein from milk, but I also usually always have a protein shake right after my workouts. No reason I can see not too
I can understand that brother!! You can find huge bargain jugs or bags of protein however, but of course youll need atleast 15-30$ extra to consider that option. I just bought a 6lb jug of Pure Pro protein powder, 75 servings at 30$. The shakes can get nasty after a while, but its easy to fix. I just picked up a bag of frozen strawberries and now Im actually looking forward to my next shake. All of my lifting has been done on a VERY low budget. Often 300$ a month for gas and food. When I worked jobs, like construction or furniture moving, security, it was all to support my weight lifting. Supplement and food money. Aslong as you have goals and want them badly, youll find a way to get there. Keep at it brother!!
