Whey protein in copious amounts as of late. Trying to get 150-200 grams whey blends in ED, and another 150-200 grams from tuna, chicken, milk, eggs, cheese.

Lifting and sleep are my 2 most anabolic supplements. They're also pretty cheap.
Have tried 1-AD with good results.
That's the only PH I've used, no AAS yet.
