How many of u cut out creatine to look your leanest?

does creatine cause subcutacious water retention? (not talking intestinal bloat)

  • CREATINE = ACE only the good none the bad, bloat is only intestinal at first not subcutacious

Alright I'm not talking photo shoot here, where some of you might manipulate creatine loads in with the carb load or anything.

I'm talking if you need to stay as lean as you can looking for not just a day but weeks.

I'm not talking about whether to use creatine while your cutting..

Since I think I always use it at the start since it doesn't really matter till I'm nice n lean.. but once there and planning to stay there for a while do you think creatine adds some skin water retension?

ok making it simple (i know its been done a million times but i wanted updated views, and people always consider the sugar bloat) I'm talking pure creatine mono in water.. no fucking sugar mix.

Do you think it causes sligh skin/water rentention?

It's the creatine itsself that causes the bloat and not the sugar. When I was loading creatine I also only mixed it with water except for postworkout of course, and then I only took it postworkout after the loading phase. Creatine actually bloats me so badly that I don't take it any more. I took it at the beginning of a bulking phase last fall when I was at 6-8% bodyfat, and in about a week I looked like I was at 20% bodyfat. The bloat was obviously all from waterweight, and there was serious subcutaneous water retention, not just in the muscles cells. I especially couldn't stand the way it made my face look all full and bloated.
But on the other hand I know that creatine effects different people differently. It might not bloat everyone as badly as it bloats me. But I would still say that it is no a good idea to take creatine if you want to look as lean as possible.
