How many have reached 230lbs on less than 1gram of gear??

Im just curious to find out how many people have gotten decent size by running less than 1g/wk. Im talking how many people are at single digit bf and at 230 or better that have never run 1gram of gear??

You have to understand that you're basically asking "Who here has great genetics?", or "Who here is 6'2" and over?". You see what I mean? Everyone responds differently to AAS, just like everyone responds differently to training. Don't try to extropolate a theory based on someone else's gains on a particular dose of AAS. You may not get shit off of it. Just a thought bro... ;) . Not trying to flame.

I agree. That is actually what I was trying to verify. Unless you're over 6'2'' or have great genetics, I just dont see how it's possible. So I was trying to see just how many people were able to accomplish this feat.

well, at one point i was nearly 280 pounds with a somewhat high bf%. i am sure i had the mass to carry 230 in the single digit bf%'s but never really did. (6 feet)

I didn't get there on under 1gram of gear thogh. I used just shy of 2g's most of the time.

nowadays i am a little more concerned with my health and well-being though.
 
6'2" and 220 lbs, Only did a few Pro-H cycles, gonna hopefully hit 230 before I start my first cycle :chomp: which is hopefully coming up, wish me luck that my last 2.5 paychecks doesn't just go to some random guy laughing at me behind a comp screen

But like they said A lot of it is size and genetics, i have probably as good as they come as far as keeping low BF and pretty good for strength/size, now only if i didn't inherit a terrible back and bad knees i'd easily be over 230 right now :'(

Oh well, but yes it can be done, quite easily, if you have patience and genes... although unless you're really screwed on the latter of those two I think the first could take most anyone to 230lbs with proper diet/exercise and legal supplements.
 
I have hit 245... but I only do 5 week cycles and I usually do 2 grams a week. If I did a 10 week cycle at a gram a week I don't think my results would be nearly as good.
 
I have decent genetics and I am cock strong nomatter on or off. lol I bounced between 220/245 and anywhere from 11-16% BF easily with diet on 750mg -1 gram of test. I am exactly 6' 2". If i took orals I would jump 5-10lb of water within a few weeks unless I took strong anti e.
 
Got to 235 at 12% naturally, at about age 26. Started training when I was 19. I did a cycle when I was 19 and that was it. It was 50mg/day of oral Primobolan. Most will tell you that it was a pretty worthless cycle. I lost every ounce of strength/muscle that I gained after I stopped.

How tall are you?
 
You know I think a stong base with heavy weight naturally for years is a must before steroids. Never did my first cycle until I was 28 but when I did It was on. 225lb skull crushes, 500lb squat with ass touching ground, 430lb bench raw ect...Steroids have did me wonders. I can keep most of my gains easily. I have taken a year off becaue of health problems but without even lifting now I am still stupid strong compared to most. I am lucky to have good genetics. Soon as i get my life back together I am going on HRT and lifting hard again. I cannot wait. I was powerlifting at age 13. At age 17 I was doing clean 3x3 clean lifts with 250lb. Most I ever did was 300lb clean and that was my favorite lift. 750mg of test and about 75mg to 150 of tren every day gives me more strenth than anything. Try everything until you find out what works for you.
 
My younger brother and me both have been at 235 at around 12-13%bf natural. I'm not anymore but at 24 i was. My brother is 6'2'' and i'm 5'11''. Everyone on my mom's side is huge,farmer's genetics.
 
I dont think there are many people of average height who are a genuine 230+ and at a genuine 10% who didn't run some heavy ass cycles.

but I could be wrong :)

I was 227 @ 9% before I touched AAS. On less than a gram, I was able to maintain and compete at 239 @ 4%.

After GH, Slin and still under a gram I bumped up to 248 @ 4-5%, the biggest/leanest I have ever been is 267 @7% ....but I can pull off 270+ and still stay in the single digits.




I thought I would add: I am just shy of 6', and all of my bodyfat measurements have been taken with a Hydrostatic Test (dunk) not some flaky calipers......I have taken a workout partner who was tested with calipers by a "certified" personal trainer and achieved 10% to get his Hydrostatic test and that test put him at 14.7%........
 
I was 6 ft just shy of 230 at about 15-16% when I ran my first cycle. I'm sure I could have done 10% and 230 if I'd known more about training and had the will to diet :)

soooo when you going pro? seriously, thats some killer stats
 
currently 5'10, 240. I figure I'm around 13-15% bf as my top two abs are visible. I've ran up to a gram of test with different orals in the past. I've just started gh at 8iu's ed along with 1.5 grams of Prop per wk so I figure in 4 months or so my bf will start to come down.

I'd like to get up to 260ish then cut down to 220 or so. If I get to that point i'll consider competing.

Bodyfat low or not....with genetics gifting me with a 33" waist my pro card wasn't happening....did three pro qualifiers....that's it for me. I've been clean for over a year....two daughters and a third on the way.....I've got other priorities.

By the way, you'd be amazed at how many other people there are out there, that share some of these same statistics............that don't post on an internet discussion board. :)
 
i was 225-228 when i started my first cycle.. i got up to 253 for my heaviest but i was aroud 15-16% .. that was 500 mgs of test. my next cycle is going to be 900 mgs total ( well after the 4 weeks of dbol) ad i want to be 235-240 in the sigle digits... but im 6'2'' .. so for my height im gonna have to get to 250's single digits to compare with someoe that is 5'10'' 235 i the single digits. and im 22, so i got a good 10 years to reach my goals :)
 
I started training at 16, 135 lbs @ 6feet tall. At 32 completely clean 245 @ 12% offseason and 210 @4.5% my last drug free show were my best stats. I did that show in the middle of May and being disgusted with the amout of people beating the drug test got ready for another show in July. I only had 6 weeks of Primo @ 250mg's a week and 7 weeks of Winny at 50mg EOD and competed at 217 1/2 in better condition than the drug free show. I know it was not the ideal time for a first cycle precontest. Right now 4+ weeks later I'm 230 at around 7%.

Very impressive. 33'' waist or not, you're obviously one of those with great genetics to be able to get so much mass on less than a gram of gear.
 
I'm about 6'1" and went from ~220 to 248 in under a year and never went over 500mg/wk. My cycles were pretty basic and never went over a ten week duration. I think I ran three cycles over the course of that year. Maintained the same BF (12 to 14%) throughout, which I stay at naturally.

Currently back down to 225 to 230 and have been natural for over a year.

yes i realize there are a ton of guys out there with your stats that probably dont even know how to turn a computer on!

im glad you prioritize your family over everything. you got a good head on your shoulders

I have never used over 500mgs of test. I have stacked it with 400mgs of Deca... and with 400mgs of EQ in the past. Most recently I did it with 500mgs of Tren ent.
I eat very low carb. I am just trying to stay lean while slowly putting on quality muscle.
The results you get from working out are a direct result of knowing how to eat properly to grow!
*I may try over 750mgs of test someday. I just don't want to blow up and have my clients or parents question it. I like to stay under the radar.

Im 6ft 240 at age 17 w/15% bf and im still all natural. (divsion 1 football recurit) Play fullback and linebacker. But i guess i have good gentics. 4.7 forty.

lol I have a friend that is 260 at 5'11" and have never seen him not under 10% BF and he is terrified of juice eats like crap trains normal and definetly has no idea how to turn a computer on.he is not the sharpest tool in the shed at all definetly and odd ball sleeps till 2-3pm every day definetly dosent use drugs or drink at all and his brother has about the same stats maybe 20lbs lighter but stays leaner.
 
I passed 230 naturally but I fall into the 6'2" camp. No idea what my BF was at that weight but I had visible abs.
 
When I started working out, I had no choice to grow, and to do it naturally. My two workout partners were both well into their 30's with many years of training under their belts. One was 6'3" at 240, and sported a vein on his biceps the size of garden hose. The other guy was 6'2" at about 230, and had a fully visible six pack at that size. The first guy had tried dbol in the past, but the second guy was TOTALLY against steroids, and didn't mind telling you about it. Both had benches nearing the 450 mark. I was only 19 at the time, so you can imagine that I had some work to do. I gained about 40 pounds in 9 months, and my bench went from 155 to 315 in that period of time. There is something to be said for being in a situation like that. I literally had to hang with them, or these guys were going to ditch me. I wanted it too bad for that to happen.
