how many day doyou work out

im 53 yr old and work out five days a week upper body two time per week arms one a wk leggs two time a week between 1.5 and 2 hr per day three on one off tree on one off is this to much thanks :artist:
 
63 years young.

While on HRT, I follow this routine:

Day 1: Push (Chest, shoulders, tri's)
Day 2: Legs & Abs
Day 3: Pull (Back, bi's, forearms)
Day 4: Rest
Days 5,6,7,8, Repeat
Day 9: Rest

Workout begins with 15 minutes on bike.
Ends with stretching.

While on a cycle, I do the same but include a lot of drop sets.
 
I switch from 3 & 1 off

To

5 on and 2 off

Just switched to 5 on and 2 off


One body part and CARDIO every day. If I do two body parts, can’t do cardio, just whipped.
