I am 24 yrs old, 6'2", and weigh around 205 with BF% of 15. I am doing a Winny/Fina cycle to Cut down while keeping my size and muscle. How many carbs a day should I eat to keep my muscles not looking flat?
if ur trying to cut up. the best way to do it is to lower carbs considerably. maybe a ckd diet or even an atkins type diet. i would drop carbs to ketosis levels {20g-40g} 5 days a week and carb up on the weekends. u get shredded pretty quick. i know i am and i love it.
i have done the atkins and have the book, it is 20-30. for fina and winny i would do higher though because your muscle will need carbs. i would start with 50 and see how that goes. if you need more make it 75. and eat normal on the weekend. you should see good results. also don't forget cardio is big also
