Two. I've heard people say it's not a good idea to eat too much of it (mercury). But if someone wants to tell me I can eat more, I'd love to. Cheap, easy protein.
I eat 1 can a day, and I'm so sick of it. As far as cheap protein I get beef jerky, but they have so many different ones, make sure to read the labels first, Slim Jim is so bad for you, I never get that one. The one I buy is 96 percent fat free, has 26 grams of protein, its high in salt though, but it works fine for me as a snack.
Only if I'm desparate I eat it. I keep it on hand in case I run out of Chicken but I have to put something in it to kill the taste. I had it today but I added a peper, hard boiled egg and some kind of mayo that says on it 2 good something or other - like 1/3 the fat of reg. mayo and lite mayo. Even like that I'm not crazy about it - I did add half a sweet potatoe to it also.
