I weigh 135lbs and am trying to put on weight, I've heard that you need to take your weight and times it by 15-20 so that would mean that I would need 2700 cals a day. So what are the best ratios of protein/carbs/fat to eat ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Hansel, that's what I was thinking of doing, I currently get 200g of protein a day and 78 of those are from Nlarge, I'll try and boost that though. So 40/40/20 seems to be the way to go then, anyone else got any suggestions ?
