how many cals is everyone on??

on my 4th week of a sus cycle and im been eating about 3000 cals and 200g of protein..well my gains have been less than spectacular..a few members on the board suggested that i bump the cals up to 4000 and 350 g of protein..damn thats alot of food!!how many cals and grams of protein is everyone on per day??whats a sample day like??thanks for the replies!!
 
If you are trying to gain weight and muscle, you should be eating as much "clean food" as possible. Any time I have been on, I can't seem to get that "full" sensation. You have to realize that the gear makes you process protein much faster than usual. Read this book and you will understand, it is only $25 at your local bookstore. ARNOLD SCWARTZENEGGER'S "GUIDE TO MODERN BODYBUILDING" I figure that he probably know what he is doing....
 
bro, no two people are gonna give you the same answer
it is a very user specific issue
start off my give us your weight and body fat and someone will tell you what you should be shooting for
even this is not a "golden" number since everyone's metabolism is different
 
I am in week 2 and I feel like I am eating myself out of house and home... :chomp:

I am making major sacrafices just to pay for food :(
 
I cant f'kn eat enough damn food myself, fuuuuuck, looks like I gotta break out the periactin again, or hit up some low level maintenance test,

I'm at 5260 cals a day. The bottom line of bulking is food intake. You have to give your body the resources it needs to carry out a very metabolically expensive process(anabolism). It requires a lot of energy simpy to grow muscle let alone the energy requirements of intense training and simple recovery.
 
just ate breakfast..3 packs of quaker instant oatmeal and a protein drink..i figure thats about 700 cals and 50 g of protein.. my next meals will have about the same carbs and protein..so if i eat this way 6 times a day i will have 4200 cals and 300 grams of protein per day!!ive stalled out on my sus cycle due to lack of food..hopefully this will put me back on track..another question..is cardio harmful to bulking cycles if u adequately replace those lost cals with food??thanks
 
Man all I know that 4500 clean cals is hard a shit to do. I dont think i can eat all that. I made myself a diet and my buddy is on it as of today and he couldnt finish meal #2 out of siz and he is stuffed to the max. I dunno but I will be on it tomorrow so ill see what happens.

I couldn't finish, but now 20 mins later I am getting hungry again. And hopefully EQ hunger will kick in soon, when does that kick in people? Cause I could really use that on my side

Just tryin to go help you out real fast...3 packs of quaker instant oatmeal is how I start my day off as well. that's only 300 cal though. One 50gr protein drink is 200 cal. You only got 500cal buddy. Throw in a tbs of flax seed oil and 1 more scoop of protein and you'll be at 700 cal. Peace.
