on my 4th week of a sus cycle and im been eating about 3000 cals and 200g of protein..well my gains have been less than spectacular..a few members on the board suggested that i bump the cals up to 4000 and 350 g of protein..damn thats alot of food!!how many cals and grams of protein is everyone on per day??whats a sample day like??thanks for the replies!!
