How many calories while on?

I'm gonna do a bulker in dec. test c., equipose, and dbol will be my 4th cycle
is it really necessiary to take in 6000+ cal. while on in order to bulk and take full advantage of the juice. I just don't want to put on alot of extra bf. I know that i must put on some bf. in order to bulk up though.
 
And what about after cycle? would you reduce the calorie intake? What will happen with the muscle mass that keeps consuming the extra calories to stay there and keep growing? It will shrink....get a book about thermodynamics bro. This is the same; the only difference is that we are carbon units; 80% alien DNA and 20% earth DNA. Basically energy that comes in equals energy that goes out.

Is a mistake to eat like a bull while on cycle and then after cycle go back to your normal diet. That is in part what makes the "after cycle muscle loss" You must increase your calorie intake overtime slowly and steady while your body goes growing slowly and steady. Anabolics will take advantage of your genetics and speed up the process.

Well put. Growing doesn't stop when you get cycle off.. ;)
 
depends on your stats, BF% etc...

Also, you need to keep a good diet and get enough rest while ON.

ROS has solid advice. Lots of guys ask for specific numbers as far as calories. You gotta experiment and see what works for you. Some guys will get fat on 3500cal a day while others hit that half way through the day tryin to maintain a weight.

Exactly. Why over complicate things and try to get mathematical with everything. Do what works best for ou and find that out through experimentation. That's why experience is the best of teachers.
 
Shit I am eating 7000-8000 calories a day this is my 10+ cycle of taest deca and I have put on 25 pounds in 10weeks and I'd say only 5 pounds of fat on my cycle.

You probably would not want to eat this much. I weigh 250lbs so I have to eat quite a bit to bulk.

What is your weight, height and body fat %
 
alot depends on body style
ecto - no matter if you eat untill you puke chances are you will never get enough calories
endo - you can get away with less calories , but dont be afraid to eat if you not getting to fat you will be ok
meso - eat eat eat ,grow grow grow

You really have to go by what your body feels and needs, nothing is set in stone as far as calories are concerned
 
i used to count every cals, carbs pro sug that went into my body but this was when i was 18 and first started getting serious working out.. now i know exactly what to eat and when to eat in order to achieve my goals... its all about knowing your body and listening to your body... once you know your body, its walk in the park...
 
6000cals...Personally I would class that as a lot. My BMR is 2750, im on a lean bulk taking in 3700 clean cals easily - gonna see how that works for me.

I could definately eat clean cals easily I think, and will work up to that until the point I start to gain fat.
