How long?

With a healthy diet, a moderate excerise plan (speed walking and jogging 2 miles in the morning), how long will it take for a person to notice a difference in the way I feel and the way I look? I understand it is different for everyone, but please generalize.

I am just waiting for someone to lash out at me due to my million questions.

Thanks all for such a helpful board.

Bro, you seem averse to the idea of lifting weights... why?

To answer your question... I'd say mine's about 8 inches, soft.

DOH! I mean about 2 weeks bro, 2 weeks.

I am not man! I am in a situation where I do not have access to any weights as of right now. For the time being, I am seeking other sources. I will be getting a set of weights pretty soon, so at that time, I will have a million q's in regards to that. So, just be prepared.

triple post? jesus

anways, do some pushups all the time and your chest will start to harden, its a good start. then jog yer ass off every day and youll see results in 2 or 3 weeks

Where did all those posts come from????

Sorry for that!

That's what I have been doing. I have been jogging every morning and I have been doing pushups all throughout the day, to the point where I can't do no more towards the end of the day.

Hope I will see a good difference.

You can do a whole lot of good to your body with push-ups (and their inclined variations), pull-ups, and handstand push ups (very tough--be careful). This routine with some solid cardio and a clean diet and you'll be looking like a Marine in a few months...
