How long would you wait for a date?

Leaving to go to the gym this afternoon my dog ran out the door and up to this chick and her dog. She was kinda cute and was talking about how she had just got done working out so I asked her if she wanted to do something after I got home from the gym and said yes. I call her after the gym and we agreed on watching a movie at my place so I went to blockbuster and rented some movies. My boy called and told me to ask her if her room mate wanted to hang out as well so I did and she said that after she got done writing her paper she would. So I thought cool I have some time before going over there. My boy came over, we got stoned, ate, and started watching ultimate fighter. An hour later I called her and was like we will be over shortly and she said she had to take a rain check because she had to go help her friend with notes for a test. Now is making someone wait 1 hour that bad?

It's not like I did it on purpose. i just lost track of time eventhough I was supposed to go over there right after blockbuster. Oh well she asked me to go out with her tonight but I guess we will see.

Only took about 5 minutes of talking. She also asked if I wanted to go to the bars tonight after she broke our movie date.

I think in your case (if I understood it) you're off the hook without really know for sure what her reaction was and just take it as it goes and try not to do that again.

We were supposed to watch the movies at my place when it was just me and her but then when her roomy said she would join we were just going to go over there so she would have some company. I know it's no big deal but I still think it's gay that she couldn't wait a little while with out saying she has to do something else.
