You know you didnt ask a simple question bro
well anyways
the muscle is catabolic after training is over not anabolic
Your muscle anabolic state and time depends on a few factors: Rest, nutrition, and if you are taking any steroids or not, your genetics, and how bad the muscle was damaged during training
DOMS delay onset muscle soreness, usually peaks on the second day after training. This is a condition that is caused by your muscles being in an catabolic state during and after training. There is debate whether this is better or wrose for muscle growth. Some people get DOMS and some dont, in short i dont think it matter if your muscles are sore or not. For the most part your muscles will keep on growing even after DOMS is gone.
The fact is bro, there isnt an answer to your question because there are too many factors. The best thing i can tell you is that your muslces are most anabolic when you are sleeping
