How long till Nolva works?

My buddy just came down with a bad case of gyno. His nipples are all red, puffy and hurt like crazy. He got some liquid Nolva, how long will it take before his sees come improvement and how much should he take?

Your friends should take 40mg/day until the puffiness goes away. This could take 1-2 weeks. After that he can drop the nolva to 20mg/day.

Alternately he could start an AI like a-dex (maybe 0.5mg/day) along with the 40mg/day of nolva and just stop the nolva when the puffiness goes away (but stay on the a-dex until the cycle is over).

he should have "felt" this coming..you dont just wake up with gyno
i would use 60mg of nolva

60 to start is the best thing to do.then drop down to 20mg when it gose away.
