how long till I see some results with deca??

I have started a cycle with decadurabolin at 100mg per week, I plan to do it for 5-6 weeks. However since it is the first time I use this deca (not my first cycle) I'm wondering at what point will I start to see the increase in size I'm looking for.
I'm following a super clean diet in order to avoid water retention as much as possible.
However, tomorrow I'm starting my 3rd week and overall the only changes I've seen is more shape and form in my arms and shoulders... My aim is to grow the legs and hips, and up to date I only have grown .25 inch... is this normal or could there be something I'm doing wrong?? I've been said that deca will give me size... or should I just be patient??

100mg a week won't do shit. Bump it up to 400 and you should start to see some nice result by weeks 5-6...

100mg per week is most likely not enough to produce an anabolic effect. the optimal dose is 2mg per pound of body weight.

so, if you weigh 150 lbs. you would take 300mg per week, and so on.

another important thing to remember about deca is that one of it's greatest strengths is the pronounced effect on nitrogen retention, so you need to ensure that you are getting enough high quality protein in your diet to support this action. the ideal amount would be 1.5-2g per pound of bodyweight.

you should also ensure that you are getting enough total calories. 3500 is a good start IMO.
 
mr black and nishnish are 100 percent correct....100mgs is a waste of time and money, unless you weigh well under 100 lbs. Even at a dose of 400-600 mgs a week the earliest youll notice anything is about 3 weeks
 
thanks for your comments, by the way... I'm a girl... therefore I dont want to get huge virilization effects... considering that and my weight being 125 lbs, would a dose of 200mg be better to start noticing results??
 
I don't think you should do deca period. Are you not a female????
