How long for levels to drop to normal range?

Hi all
Currently on TRT 125mg a week of test
Been cruising on 250 a week for about 8 weeks.

My doctor has made an appoint with an endo on nov 7
When should I stop the extra I've been taking so that I can get blood tests done 2 weeks before that?
So basically oct 24th I have to get blood tests

Is it 4 weeks ?

Ive backed off a blast for 3-4 weeks and been good with labs

3 weeks was not enough for me, still got them freaked out. But I was doing 500 for about 8 weeks.

Ive only been taking 250 a week for about 9 weeks now, so my levels won't be sky high.
I'm gonna give it 5 weeks to be safe, then do the blood work
