please dont move this to the supps board. for the love of god lol
there's pretty much no traffic over there

now...i started taking a glucosamine/chondroitin supp yesterday..1500mg glucosamine and 1200mg chondroitin a day

my elbows, wrists, shoulders and knees aren't killing me anymore. placebo?

I don't know about one day, but if I stop taking it for awhile and joint pain returns it takes me 3-4 days to feel better. Of course, the improvement might also be from slowing down for a couple days. (At 50, I listen to everything my body says to me.)

yeah 1 day is a very short time. but my wrists dont crack when i rotate them now. coincidence i guess

im reading stuff like it takes 3 mos to start working, etc

I've been taking it for 2 years for my knee. I usually notice the pain relief in about a week. Make sure you don't miss any days. If I run out and forget to order it, I notice the pain within about 4 days. Love the stuff... has saved me from getting surgery.

I have never really felt any difference from it, but everyone I know who swears by it says it takes a couple months.
