Curious.After stretching and preps,as soon as you lift the first weight till you sweat your last drop,how long does your lifting time take( please say if you do one part a day or whatever you do) water,creatine,etc..in middle of lift included.
Depends on the bodypart. Legs takes over an hour b/c I like to take 4-5 minute rests in between sets. Shoulders takes only ~30 minutes. Everything else between 45 minutes and an hour. Water is the only thing I ingest during workouts.
Legs days usually over an hour
Arms day is about an hour also
Shoulders/ Back/Chest I'm out in under 45minutes
Cardio, I do seperatly 20min HIIT 4 days a week
I've found if I do cardio right after lifting...I'm totally spent, and have no energy. If I hit cardio up 4-5hrs later with some rest, I can go alot harder.
