Yeah, sometime around week four is when you begin seeing results. For me, not nearly quick enough. That's why I always run a cycle with something to kick start the whole thing, like d-bol.

1st cycle with sust. 250 / 500mg per week, m - t , between weeks 3 and 4 could see and feel a major difference, weight and strength through the roof. next cycle i will def. jump start.

started 185 - 187, 197 - 203 currently. just finished week 8.

sustanon has fast acting ester's wich kick in right away didnt remeber if it was suspnsion or prop and phenylpropionate.

Georgie24 is correct. Because of the Prop/PhenylProp in Sust (30mg and 60mg) you will notice the results much quicker then say Cyp or Enanthate. Injecting EOD will make those results a little more pronounced.
