How long does it take you to eat your meal?

How much time do you spend eating a meal? It takes me like 30-45 minutes to eat a solid meal anymore...

Depends, the other night i ate 2 salmon filets, 2 huge scoops of peas and carrots, and 2 baked potatos topped with a huge glass of milk in like 15 minutes......somedays it can take me 25 minutes just to eat a bowl of oatmeal....It seems like the faster i eat the less full i feel. Well that is until i stop eating.

If I'm on a date, an hour or so. I eat slowly.

When I'm at work, I can eat in 2 minutes. I literally stuff food into my mouth. As the only physician in the ED, you have to eat fast when it's busy.
