You should notice an increase in libido, erection frequency, and ejaculatory volume within the first week.

Of course if you actually manage to stop having sex for minute and get the gym… you should notice good results there too.

I have used the original derma and I felt a change in mood with the first application.felt better,more alert,sense of well binging.with in 6 days I could feel it kicking in in my work outs giving me strength and better recovery time.sex drive went up for me but not a hole lot around the same time but was full blown by week 3.

I didn't notice the original until about a week into it, then sex drive and agression went through the roof. That was followed by big stamina increase in week 3
