How long does BP take to go down after a cycle?

Been done w/ PCT for about 3 weeks. Went into the dr. and my BP was 165/95. Dr. gave me a diuretic, and now it's down to 145-150/85, which I believe is still pretty high. I'm 5'8, 190 lbs. Anybody had it stay high for awhile?

Start doing cardio,drinking a lot of water,and lay off any stimulants,and it should go down soon.

Started running everyday, and it's coming down after about a week. Now about 125-130/70 or so. Seems to be reasonable.
