i've been training with weights off and on since somewhere around 5th grade when my mom got me a little hulkamania weight set for Xmas lol, and started buying M&F....
so that's about 15 yrs.....
although, I honestly really got serious in high school...that's when I started doing squats and deads, and really started to build some muscle.
I wish I could say I am huge...but I'm not.
also, I have never juiced.
