how long do you workout each day??

i usually do about 90 minutes monday wednesday and friday with 30 minutes of rowing and running at the end of each session then on weekends i do one day of just cardio for 2 hours
 
an hour and a half 4 times a week..........

Hey guys,

New guy here. Been training for ages but I am researching my first cycle here. Any way.. 4 or 5 days a week, 45 - 60 minutes a day, so not as to overtrain myself or let my test levels drop to much.

1 1/2 - 2 hours six days a week. great routine.
Monday-chest
Tue-back
wed-shoulders
thrs-arms
fri-legs
sat-chest
sun-off
mon-back
tues-shoulders
wed-etc.etc.etc
 
45-60min a day for 5 days a week and 30min of cardio a day 4 days a week. workout in the PM and cardio in the AM

When I was in my early 20's i over trained badly....being in my early 30's I learned from my mistakes! 45 min - 1 hour. There is no need to kill the muscle....just stimulate it! I have made great gains over the last 3 years.
 
i like days with nothing to do but relax, so i hit the gym 3 times a week, 2 hours each time. off days i do about 45 mins of cardio.

It takes you two hours to do one bodypart? :spit:
1-hour max, cardio hinders mass building and recovery, burning up glycogen and bcaa's, adding mass is the most effecient way to increase rested metabolic rate
But thats just if you want to become massive
 
Monday- Chest, abs, calves 55-65 min
Tuesday- Back, light abs 55-65 min
Wendsay- Triceps, abs, calves 50-60min
Thursday- Biceps,Forearms, light abs 50-60min
Friday- Shoulders, traps 50-60 min
Saturday- Legs with 1-2 min between heavy sets 60-70 min
Sunday off or go watch the idiots.
 
Totally agree with diamonddiceclay. No more than 1 hour anything more cuts into valuable recovery time.
