How long do you work out?

how far is your endurance and stamina?




I can go about almost 3 hrs on the threadmill,1 hr on lighweight and yoga about almost 2 hrs and same thing as teabo.


flat crunches I can reach about to 154 reps and of course I tried to beat If can do more reps at my next exercise.

incline crunches about 130 reps
 
At least 4 straight hours. I'm into REALLY high reps. Like at least 3-4000.. Example, on leg days I'll sit on the leg extension machine and set it at 20 pounds. Then I just swing my legs while reading a magazine.

I can do 2 pushups and 25 crunches. Most mornings I run 18-29 miles. When I get home from work I go to the gym to lift for 4 hours. After that I usually vandalize buildings for a while. Then I go home and crash. Rest is key to growth.
 
3-4 hours. I do pullups the whole time.
 
I normally am in and out of the gym as fast as possible. If im in there more than 45mins Its only because someone stopped me to ask questions.

I'm not doing cardio right now though, so thats just in, lift heavy, and leave. I train alone so no waiting on a partner.

Pre comp I did basically the same thing but added in 60 mins of cardio morn and night twords the end.

Right now my endurance prolly sucks, but I perfer to sprint over distance run anyday.

Smurfy I suggest you purge most of what you eat and add in some kind of flashy latin dance workout tape.

I guess I could go 3 hours on the treadmill, but I dont want to look like Gilligan. I did 105 consecutive pushups once.
 
I don't work out. I go this big/muscular by doing over 2 grams of test/EQ a week and having Taco Bell for Dinner everyday! :Chef: :tuc:

Whatever. Look at my av. I obviously work out.

Seriously if you're not training hard for at least 6 hours a day with 2-3 hours or warmup/cooldown, you're a total pussy.

Size is so deceiving. My brother weighs about 240 and it's from doing nothing but eating and drinking. He never works out. I hear people telling me what a big guy my brother is (like he's big and bad or something from eating and drinking). He's got me by 30 lbs, but I can nearly break his arm in an arm wrestling match. I slammed him down so fast that his hand hit the table like a rock.
 
I posted my winter bulking cycle on another board but I'll share it here too.

It's a 63 weeker with 4 week PCT.

Weeks 1-60
Test prop- 96mg/day
Tren Acetate- 422mg/day
Winstrol- 7mg/day

Weeks 59-62
Nolva 2000mg/day
Weeks 63- death
Nolva 152mg/day

Why the long winny? Because it sounds really cool and I have a lot of this stuff around. Some guy gave it to me when I was trying to buy meth in a back alley of Minneapolis. He looks pretty jacked though he was wearing a winter coat so I'm not sure.

Everything kind of smells like skittles but the guy said that the good stuff always does. He told me that I don't really need real syringes either. He said to just push a safety pin into my leg, dump some of the stuff into a coffee straw, and blow it into the owie forcefully.

That's why I'm training so heavily. I'll probably back off on my cardio while I'm on and bump my lifting up to 6-8 hours a day.

Safety pin huh? I've used a pipette from a chemistry lab. Ran out of syringes and couldn't wait. Just jammed the pipette into my ass and poured 2 ml of testosterone in. That's fucking hardcore!
 
Safety pins are fine. They're sterile as long as you rub them on your jeans first.

I learned that in nursing school.

I just use a basket ball inflating needle with a bicycle pump. Just fill it with .5L of Deca and top off with Cell-tech. Jam it into my sack, and then pump it into my left nut. That's where most of my test comes from anyway, so might as well put it close to the source. I only do isolation movements as far as exercising anyway Flexing in the mirror gives me a great pump.
 
I never stop working out. Even when sleeping I'm constantly moving around doing reps of rolling over.
 
Ya really have to do everything yourself, if you wanna do it right. I make my own syringes at work, .125" drill rod, with a #7 hole gundrilled through. I use an air/oil pump to push it in, 'cause my muscles are so hard. I have a yard full of animals & pregnant women for all my needs. Only natural stuff for me.
I do 45-50 min per muscle group. 7 muscle groups per day. I have one of those electrical ab machines going on the agonist of whichever group I'm working, for added resistance.
 
i really don't workout.. i snort coke every day all day, it keeps me going

and @ least 2 hours for kegel exercises right?
