How long do you wait between cycles

I finished my cycle of sust and deca about three weeks ago I took some hcg at the end and nova

But I just started to get a head cold and I am worried that im gonna lose everything that i gained.

I have a cycle of :
fina 75ml eod
winny 50ml ed
prop ?

I have it all ready to go execpt for my hcg and clomide which ill pick up soon

I just wanted to know if just over a month is long enough to wait before I start this or should I wait longer

How long do you guys usually wait between cycles

For me it's, Time On = Time Off(at least)

General is AT LEAST as long off as you were ON. Personally I like to stay off an extra couple of weeks. Don't want your body to become dependent on juice! The longer you are off, the more your body will be shocked by the next cycle promoting better gains. But, I guess we are all different!

also, you have to take the half life of a drug into account when taking time off.

enanthate has a 10 day half life. deca has a 2? week half life. so if you've been injecting enanthate every week for the last 8 weeks, you have an amount built up in your body. which may be 4 weeks after cycle before it is out.

i'd recommend you switch to shorter half life drugs the last 2 weeks of a cycle (propionate, tren, dianabol, cypionate, winstrol, etc), and take the same amount of time off that you were on.

What if you were using prop, and eq which has a half life of 4 days (? I believe?) Then you could go back on in 4 weeks easily I would think

You never miscalculate if you never take any time off, one less thing to worry about.
