you ended up at 175? what were you when you started?

I gained like 10 lbs lost about 5 lbs of water after. Which leaves about 5 lb of muscle. But it was more because I did a complete 180 with my appearance.
I was around 170 when I started. Nice huh (face palm)

Doesnt matter, I'm 270 now:evil: . If I ever can get my shit together to cut I will be around 240. That would be at about 7% probably.
 
I used to do sit ups, push ups and very light barbell bench presses and curls when I was 5-7 years old. I'd run just to get in shape. I don't know what was wrong with me. I lifted weights all through late jr. high and all through high school, but quit when I got out of school- my life had fallen apart. No prospects, no money, my parents were getting a nasty divorce, and my friends were all heavy into hard rec. drugs. I either couldn't handle it or just didn't know what to fucking do with myself and just dropped out for a few years. I started lifting again when I was 22, scrawny and sick looking at 6'2" and 140 lbs. I lifted naturally while reading all the posts on this site (I turned 22 in 2001, check my join date) for about 4 years. I got my skinny ass up in the 180s, 190 range and did my first cycle, gained about 20 lbs and kept 10. I've done 2-3 short cycles a year since, experimenting, learning, and even competing in smaller bodybuilding competitions. I'm glad I turned to the darkside as I confess that with my ecto genetics I'd never weigh more than 185-190 in lean condition naturally, if that. I weigh 225 right now with decent bf numbers- not fat anyway. I like to think that I keep things moderate and reasonably healthy, though I know I should and will be doing more to keep an eye toward overall health in the future, especially as I grow.
 
More than 15 years to build a solid base of muscle. Actually I probably would have done a cycle sooner if I had found a reliable source. I have had insane progress in the last year packing on lean mass. The guys at the gym, my friends, family and co-workers all have commented on how jacked I look which is fantastic. My workouts have been insane and the pump is amazing. Probably the best is seeing the vascular pop in my shoulders and arms.
 
i lifted for 2 yrs and did my first cycle at the age of 20, then my 2nd one at the age of 21. SHOULDA WAITED THO... now i'm 26 and am getting ready to do my 3rd cycle here when the new year comes around
 
I will tell you from experience it is better to wait. I have friends I grew up with that started in high school. I read an article by Dave Draper when I was younger and he said to wait until you break at least 215 pounds or so lean. So that is what I did and now 350 mg test turns me into a monster. My friend who is a similar build and height will drop to about 195 when off cycle for a while and he runs all kinds of shit. I feel like now if I were to take a serious cycle I would break 260 with abs and my strength would be retarded. I am bigger and stronger than most guys I know and I have only taken a four week cycle of prop at 350 mg which put 12 solid pounds on me.
