how long between cycles?

hi Guys,

I've been lurking here for a while, first time post...

A little background. Been training seriously for 5 years now. About 4 months ago, I was 183 lbs (6' tall). I decided to get on some t-400 and Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - ....my cycle was 10 weeks, doing 400mgs of t-400 and 500mgs of EQ.

The results were obviously outstanding in terms of blowing up. My last injection was 4 weeks ago and I'm almost at 210lbs. I haven't lost ounce.

Some initial feedback is that my gains are obviously not 100% lean. (I guess that's a function of stuffing my face with as much food as possible from those crazy EQ hungers pangs combined with Test)...Which is where I would appreciate some comments....

With summer here, I want some abs. The cycle described above was my first. I obviously want to keep muscular gains but am a very weary of dieting down after putting on so much weight (remember, I'm naturally a skinny dude)

I was thinking that option B would be to diet down while on a 6 week of Win.

Do I need to be slapped back to reality or is this recommended?

what have you done for pct?
 
time on = time off to most.. i think if you have access to blood work, and you show normal levels again even if its 3 weeks post pct, then I say go for it.. then again im on my first cycle and running tren.. :P There is no set "time off" it's when your HPTA is back to normal and supporting your new found gains.

Even after normal levels I would still go time on time off. :)

I'm not sure if I should be symptomatic (i.e. gynecomastia, hypoG) before PCT'ing.

It's been roughly a month since my last bang with no adverse results.

wow...NO PCT...i guess in your lurking you forgot to research???? PCT is a must...while you have no adverse results, ie. acne, gyno, hairloss etc. etc. you do have one major problem...SHUT DOWN...your balls are shut down while on cycle and you need to do proper PCT to get those bad boys working again and get your test levels back to normal...with that said...time off = time on + PCT time...

get some sustain alpha from primordial performance and some POST CYCLE from nelson's line up. you'll be glad you did.


you do realize that your body is no longer producing any testosterone, right? and you need to restart it, or your size and strength will begin to diminish quickly.
 
since you got big and want to get cut, and when you finish PCT in 4 weeks:



Run dermacrine for 4 weeks with Amp02 and lipoflame(leanstack from AGX), and hit the cardio. You'll keep your lean mass(and probably gain more), and lean right up. By the end of july you should look great. post some pics dammit! :artist:

And time off=time on. That helps your body regulate and to let it accept the new muscle mass and make it "permanent"

nolvadex and HCG are on the way

Sorry, but bad advice. Time on = time off is a standard for a reason. Just because your natty test levels come back to normal and HTPA function is OK two or three weeks after a cycle, especailly a cycle that includes two suppresive compounds doesnt mean it is OK to shut yourself down again so soon. Your body needs time to recognize that it is on its own again and functioning properly. If you start a cycle too soon after you did your PCT, even if natty levels are within range, and suppress your natural abilities to produce testosterone, your next PCT will be alot tougher than the first and recovery will be alot longer. I wont go into the dynamics of it, but trust me when I say that if you are fortunate to recover so fast, and still have all your gains. Let your body get regulated to the change, and be on its own for awhile without any synthetics. Your going to lose some of your gains, water weight anyways, and if you continue to eat, and eat clean good wholesome diet (diet forum) and train hard, rest, then by the end of summer, maybe do a tren/prop cycle. I am responding to this thread without reading all the prior posts, so I am sorry if I repeated some things that were already said to you.

  • PCT is an absolute must and I'm lucky I'm not lactating
  • to play it safe my time off = time on + PCT time
  • post pics when i'm jacked
