I wouldn't put a set limit on when you can start training again, just listen to your body. AR is a must, obviously. Try to get into a pool too, just move around in there, don't need to get fancy. You might take 1-2 days to get back into things, or maybe a whole week. Since you've freshened up this week, I doubt you'd want to take the whole week off anyway...
