How is your physique now?

nah i'm prolly 6% bf right now maybe a bit more. i was 181 at the start of this cycle. i have to stay at a 42 long suit size and 30 inch waist, mine is 29 inches right now. i'm trying to put on gradual lean muscle so i don't put on anything but pure muscle. i have a tiny frame and i don't know if i can hold 195 at the bf i'm at now.

Right at around 10% BF, probley about 6-8 weeks from competition shape.
