How is your diet like right now everyone?

Who is bulking and who is cutting and how do you eat for whatever phase you are in right now? Are you all natty at the monent or on juice as well? Personally I'm in bulking phase all natural and bulking phase means eating everything in sight and no cardio.(well sex at least counts, when I'm the one doing the work. hehehe) Of course I do take all my good supplements as well and even though I'm getting a little too bulky too fast I am strong as fuck and feeling really good. Training just 3 days a week and getting plenty of rest. Cutting time in 3 months but I may actually start early.(miss my lean chiseled face the most dammit!!!) 5'10 - 230 right now. :D
 
Just started the cycle Dec 1 (tren/sust) will roll on the deca in awhile, going to be a long one so not in a hurry. Just keeping the protien high and carbs about norm until it 'kicks'. Gonna keep the diet basically clean as I will be using slin to keep the muscles loaded. Real food except post workout.
 
Cutting right now. Only eating carbs breakfast and postworkout, rest of my meals are chicken, top round steak, along with natty PB, fish oil, and flax oil. Doing one carb up day per week, bout 400g carbs. Just started an EQ only cycle @ 400mg/week, plan on running it for 4-6 months. Training 3 days/week, cardio 6 days/week
 
Hey JG1. When you say your carbing only breakfast and post workout (plus one day loading,) what kind of grams you talking here? Also, what is the point/logic behind (yeah I know it is common) carb loading on one day? Right now I am trying to get rid of last 10lbs that won't go, by low going low carb/high fat/high protein (20-30g/day.) How does big carb up on one day differ from spreading it out through the week?

I bulk year round (and still stay under 10%) right now I am on and eating ~5500 cal. a day (do this most of the year), ~200-250 g. of fat 500-600 g. of carbs, 300 g. of protein, spread throughout 7-8 meals a day. I weight train 5 days a week while on, usually 4 while off, and never do cardio.

I'm eating every 2 hours. Probably around 4k, stuck at 240 but don't want to increase the cals because only my top abs are seen.
 
I'm on deca/sus at this moment, so I'm bulking. Eating 6 times a day. Low on carbs high on proteins ~3500 cal a day. Working out 6 days a week. Stats 6'3 225lbs.

I love the deca/sus cycle. First 3.5 weeks added dbol, gained 11 lbs. After week 4 no weight increase but according to the mirror I'm getting bigger. At this moment I'm in week 7 of my cycle, strength is going thru the roof. Benchpress up 65lbs.

Deca is doing wonders for my shoulder joints, the pain I had for 11 months is almost gone.
 
anything and everything. Right after my show I was doing about 6-7000 cals/day, but I've calmed down to 4-5000 cals/day. Obviously bulking. :p
 
I'm in a maintenance phase befroe my contest prep starts....have'n't cheated in a month, not even for Thanksgiving.....I run 4000, 3000, 3000, 3600, 3600, 3200, 3200, 4000, etc.....All clean calories with some extra fat (PB) on the low days...I'll start cutting cals 12 weeks out...

For breakfast I eat about 65g low GI carbs, andc postworkout it's 75g Dextrose...I take 200mg r-ALA with each of those meals.

As for the carb-up day it's essential because you need to restore leptin levels in order to get the maximum fat burning effects. Baically a lot of high GI carbs for 3 meals, then the last 3 low Gi carbs.....r-ALA with every meal.

Back up to 240 lbs..miky:) only 4 months of bulking plus adding Slin soon too:) mmmmmm....gots to say i plan to get to 265-270 be4 my fat ass cuts:)
 
hehe... I am coming off of a month long binge of donuts and chips and McD's. I definitely take to much pleasure in eating. Mainly, I want to have a body that runs on 3,000 calories a day. So I am going to try to change my body composition from a fat 3000 calorie body to a lean 3000 calorie body. Wish me luck and iron discipline.
 
It's the holidays and I've been eating nothing but shit the last 1.5 weeks and thank God the fina's been taking care of that. It will be out of my system in a day or two, though, so I'm thinking I'll give cutting my best shot and will do a SERIOUS cutting diet after the holidays (Swole's) before hitting an early spring cycle.
 
Bulking very clean. Already have very low bf and are planing to keep it that way. I eat lots of carbs, just love rice, wheat and rye bread. I eat a low fat pizza once a week, and also this day increase carbs and fat. I'm at 170lb right now, bf probably 6%. Feel great about my self and my body looking like this, plan to reach 180 in 6 weeks. I eat very little fat, mostly because I eat lots of fish, chicken and rice. I love clean foods. I think it has something with that in my childhood and as a teenager I was pretty fat, people picked on me. Got fed up with it and starved my self, got sick and decided to learn more about nutrition.

Protein is high, about 2g per lb BW, I bump this to 2.5 once a week, the day I workout my arms(have helped a lot), carbs are also bumped and also fat. I like low fat bulkdiets, and do the opisite when cutting. I lover carbs and bump fat. Protein almost stay the same all the time, just love meats. I eat 6-10 times per day, depending on when I get up and go to bed.
 
Im cutting right now on fina only 75mg/day. Im taking most of my carbs in for breafast,right after workout and a small amount around 5-6pm. Everyday I make a pot of basmatti rice( delecious Persian rice) and thats where most of my carbs come from. I chop up chicken breasts, put kebobb seasoning on and cook that, and eat it on the rice. Never gets old. I take in 3 protein shakes a day, one in the morning with milk, and two with water and olive oil. I put 3 tbs of olive oil in, thats around 375 cal. On saturdays I pig out on carbs. Im getting leaner and im gaining wieght and strength is going up, so dont tell me you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time! Im doing cardio on a bike everyday for 45 mins at least 4 hours after workout and on off days (2) I run 2 miles.
