I'm 301, on test and dbol, trying to hit 320.
I'm eating tuna, skim milk, nonfat cottage cheese, nonfat low sodium ham, ravioli, microwave pizza, protein shakes, peanutbutter and jelly on whole wheat, oatmeal, that's about it.
50g protein x 7 times/day from food alone. I add in w/protein shakes here and there. Around 450-500g protein/day. I fart a lot.
