how is this......

i finally signed up on fitday and heres a example of my daily breakdown...can someone help out and see if this ok

stats-6'4" 255
cardio-45 min. 4 days a week..early morning
weights-5 days a week

trying to drop bodyfat

heres what my breakdown was

total cals-2815
fat-67 grms
carbs-73 carbs
pro-around 450

any suggestions would be extremely helpful. need to drop around 20 pounds and keep lean mass on. diet is really clean on most days with the exception of around 2 cheat meals that i do have a week. not always but usually. cheat meal would be pizza or hooter wings yummy!
 
i think u are doing way to much training you have 9 sensions planned every week that is to much.

Also those cals are a bit low for the amount of work ur are doing. basically the breakdown u have there is very low on carbs but not low enough to be ketogenic well at least if your a least a little sensitive to carbs.

I would definetly cycle some carbs. low and higher days. Also up ur fat intake a bit get in more EFA's.

Anyway keep on plugging at it youll be fine
