Listen, after reading your worthless workout plan, you are lucky anyone responded at all. You've gotten friendly advice, and that's something you should be thankful for.

I would advise you to not even bother lifting right now, get your knees in better shape first. I think it would help you tremendously to just get out there and walk for 1-2 hours, that lets the knees recover and also helps to burn fat, if you get fat burned then their will be less strain and your knees should get even better.

Although biking is good as well.
 
If 15 lbs dumbells are the heaviest your using then your not going to gain anything. And quit being a toolshed and listen to what these people are saying they are trying to help you.

Workouthhh, these are great guys here that would help anybody out who needs help and advice. Dont call anybody names because your negative anger will make you lose the respect of the people here and nobody will help you out.

Listen to what the people here are saying to you, the advice they are giving you is free. Also that advice will bring you one step closer to what you want to achieve.
 
Your current diet + routine = weak ethiopian.

I don't care if you are fat, you need to eat more. Protein in particular. Cheapest probably eggs. And go running. At your age fat should melt off fast and unless your sitting around eating bags of cheetos you shouldn't have to worry about it.

You don't have to buy weights. Find some buckets and fill them with sand. If you don't have sand just use dirt. Find a steel bar or even a stick of wood like a 2x4 and you can have a makeshift bench, squat weight, millitary press weight etc for nothing and will benefit much more over your dumbells. It might sound ridiculous but it will work. And if you really want to get it going......load up a couple 5 gallon buckets with dirt, dog shit, whatever and go walk as far as you can after your workout. That will annilhate your fat little ass and in a few months you'll be thanking me.
 
you have breasts and cant do more than 3 pushups because your biceps are too weak?

i suggest tylenol pills supersetted with wrist cutting

A fat kid with skinny arms thats pumps an enormous 3 pushups a day with 300000 curls using those walking/aerobic weights. And hes calling ripped motherfu**ers here to suck a dick. These are the guys I hate seeing at the gym- Why even bother.

PS. My toilet eats better than you do.
BTW HHH is the best Wrestler alive.
