How do guys in prison get jacked? They are only given 3 small rashions a day. Sure they do pushups, pullups and situps all day but I figured, from what I learned about nutrition, is that his muscles would break down because... what are they getting? 60g of protein a day at tops with a total of 2000 calories, and that is way less than what they're burning more than every day. What gives? Or if this just my idea based on stereotypes then correct me.
