i personally would never do this ever. i also dont work any part of the same muscle group 2 days in a row. like alot of dudes will do chest 1 day then triceps the next day. but bench on chest day which is also working your triceps?? to me thats overdoing it rest is just as important. but other things for example like back rows, you get "spillover" in your biceps meaning youre not really using your biceps to lift the weight but they are involved a little. thats why i try to keep biceps/back in the same day and chest shoulders triceps in the same day.
so my oppininon, the added muscle recovery you will get from helladrol would make it more ok to do something like biceps 1 day and back the next day, for me anyway.
