ok im on a maintenance diet right now so im fine with a little not too healthy but not bad for u food, i go out to eat with my firens before school once a week and have been getting like 5 whole eggs scrambled and 1 whole wheat bagel, to get me some good protein and carbs. i was wondering how is cornbread for u, i loooove cornbread and was wonderng how 2 cornbread muffins would compare to a whole wheat bagel, obviously prolly more carbs but is a whole wheat bagel just as good as whole wheat bread, or are bagels wores than bread. also about the muffins???
