How important is injectable B12?

I get 80mcg in my multi vitamin. It's a sustained release vitamin so it's a little bit all day long. Is this enough?

If I was to get some B12 from AG-Guys, what dosage is recommended?

Some people inject it b/c it helps the appeitite. When you have to eat more to get big but just don't have appetite to do it.

I second that....Theres a doctor here that is giving out b12 shots but get this ...not for someone wanting to gain weight but to lose weight?! My older sister works in her office and she said this lady lost 4 pounds in one week!? But what gets me confused is that all I see on here about b12, is that it increases your appetite. I am lost!

I hit a half cc eod it gives me a good steady energy and seems to keep me focused and clears my head. I havent noticed any extra hunger though.

Also if you drink hit a half to three quaters cc when hungover man its gone in minutes. People that drink heavy for a long time stop absorbing b12 andd need injections. Serious boozers

mix it....most of us have. ive shaken it up in syringe after pulling test and b12 in just for my own piece of mind but ive also just let them seperate and shot it...either way go for it
